Your safety and privacy are of the utmost importance to us.

SAFETY:

All Limitless flights strictly adheres to the most rigorous safety requirements in the world and fulfills the strict audits performed by multinational and civil aviation organizations. Aircrafts are maintained in line with FAA (U.S Federal Aviation Administration) and EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) requirements for safety, security and quality systems.

OUR CREW:

Our flight crew and ground staff surpass stringent industry requirements. Every aircraft will come with two crew in the flight deck and at least one cabin hostess. All of our pilots have exceptional experience well above and beyond legal requirements having to go through simulator training and checks twice per year without exception Our Safety Management System (SMS) takes a proactive approach to safety – allowing us to predict and identify issues before they affect operations.

PRIVACY:

We understand the importance of your privacy during your experience with us therefore we provide a non-disclosure agreement to be signed prior to your trip to ensure your information before, during and after your trip with us is handled with utmost discretion. We will not share your information with a third party without your permission in advance.

COVID-19:

In order to safeguard passengers and crew Limitless Aviation has taken supplemental steps to further strengthen all the safety and security procedures.  We decided to assign a single crew to a single aircraft over their full 15-days rotation so as to reduce the number of people interacting with the aircraft. All crews are checked for signs of the virus twice a day and, if there is any doubt as to their health, Limitless Aviation will take them out of service until cleared by a certified professional. Onboard there are digital thermometers in order to allow crew to register temperature throughout the day and immediately report to the Operations. Handshake greetings welcome have been suspended and crew will wear protective masks and gloves. They will also supervise all aircraft cleaning procedures to ensure they meet or exceed published guidelines. Onboard you will find sets of masks, gloves, sanitizers, and cleaning supplies for you to use.
